As part of our service in month one, we get to work on audits and SEO strategy upfront. Each plan offers a different audit to compensate for the level of quality needed for each plan.

We don’t keep you locked in long contacts like most agencies. All we kindly ask is for 30 days notice. If you cancel your payment plan yourself, works will stop immediately and all work undertaken will be at risk. We cannot be held responsible for any loss in your business due to cancellation of our services as per contract.

Please kindly allow us 30 days notice so we can cancel on our side and ensure a smooth exit period. Payments are taken every 30 days so you will need to let us know of cancellation before the next payment starts.

Any cancellation of services will damage your SEO. All local SEO is done and managed monthly. Once services are cancelled, all local directory citations will be removed and your local rankings will suffer.

We advise to keep local packs going to ensure it’s managed and maintained monthly without any loss of damage to your business. Thanks for your understanding.

Our service is totally asynchronous meaning no calls or meetings. All communication is virtual and via email, along with pre recorded video overviews. You may also receive video responses to your support queries if it saves time.

We have a great support team and network who can help and support your queries in all areas.

We no longer offer any video calls or meetings as they waste everyone’s time. We know this because we’ve been doing this for years, and everyone is much happier and more productive whilst growing their businesses faster!

No, we do not sorry! You only need to give us 30 days notice to cancel. We will finish the month up to the 30 days. This allows you to pretty much cancel whenever you like.

We cannot offer refunds on works already started. In the rare event that you may be unhappy with the quality of our work, content, or off site links that we build, we will do everything we can to make things right and even replace links free of charge, and redo content! We wouldn’t expect anything less. Refunds work both ways in everyone’s favour.

Depending on the service chosen, it's likely you may need to cancel your service although we may be able to pause it. We will have everything on file to get you started easily again and pick up from where you left off, do not worry. You can order again or contact us with your consent and we will renew your subscription again quickly.

Yes ofcourse! We work this way with many established companies already and have an efficient set up. Usually we’ll deal with the marketing manager or someone in charge of that particular team and have a key person of influence in that business that we’ll need to have on file to have direct contact with for updates etc.

Any team member can contact us via support though and we’ll keep everything organised in our ticketing system. We understand teams may have their own technical and developer teams working on the website at times so we can liaise with these too.

We currently have customers all over the world but we work in any English speaking country such as the UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, English European and Asian countries etc. If your website’s in English, we can help you regardless of what country you reside in.

Unfortunately, when you leave there’s not much we can do for you. Any link building is never guaranteed forever, that’s why SEO is a continuous ongoing process where we have to keep up with the latest changes.

We work through your on page SEO monthly through each page. We also do technical seo fixes (not developer technical website alterations). We have to keep up with this monthly.

For local SEO packages like maps rankings to be found in local search, we build links to these monthly but have to own accounts and manage these ongoing links and work. Once you cancel your local plan, all of the hard work we’ve done will be cancelled and most, if not all of your links will disappear as not actively being managed by us anymore.

Any Google business profile optimisation (GBP) that we have already worked hard on will not be removed. But as changes always occur with search engines, the optimisations we have implemented may be outdated and you will lose your rankings.

We strongly advise that you never cancel your local SEO package or you will literally lose everything and would have all been for nothing. Why cancel when getting so much traffic? Imagine how much ads will cost, let alone only getting 20% of the search traffic clicks split between the rest of your competitors. That's a recipe for disaster!

Not really. SEO is an ongoing process that changes month to month. It’s a not a set it and forget it or a quick and easy fix marketing channel unfortunately. That’s why we’re honest and create monthly plans. Even if errors are fixed on websites with one off works and left, another problem will soon arrive when the search engines roll out new algorithm updates.

We do work in sprints and keep you updated every step of the way. If you decide to cancel after 6 months, a lot of the on-page and technical SEO problems may have been fixed and worked on. If you do cancel, you do not lose this.

You just have to realise that SEO is the longer game to play and if you neglect your website to save money and not have it taken care of on a monthly basis by people who know what they're doing, you can bet your competitors are on it and looking after theirs. What do you think happens then?

Seo is a game of patience. Depending on your niche, we typically see improvements within 3-6 months.

For new websites, depending on your monthly spend and the work we can do, please allow for at least 9-12 months for any changes to show. SEO is a long game but the effects compound over time like anything worth it in life.

We don't like to judge the entire campaigns success until after at least a years hard work which is when we'll do a thourough progress review.  The wait will be worth it and your seo success will compound over time! Just you see.

For smaller plans, SEO video overviews are not required. All website SEO plans will incude expert video overviews monthly.

If you want faster results pick the Local+ Plan - This is for Google business profile optimisation too and like all other plans, a monthly service. It does NOT include website SEO.

If you’re a small or local business with around 10 pages and just want a basic SEO package, pick the website SEO Plan. If you’re a local business owner and want local SEO for both your website and Google business profile (GBP), you will need to order both the local SEO package and the website seo package.

If you’re a larger local company or a small or local business who also would like link building and content creation included, choose the add ons at checkout.

If you’re in a competitive niche regardless of your business type, choose the best plan you can. Our audits will reveal all and tell you the whole truth on what your website SEO would require.

If you require Google Business Profile Optimisation for map ranking and SEO, you will need to ensure you order both packages.

For extra add ons such as links and content for those in competitive niches or have more to invest to go faster, those services will be available at checkout as an add on.

For anything else such as paid ads and other requests,we can add these to your package after checkout.

We typically just offer SEO services, but as search marketing specialists we understand the need for paid advertising as a quicker source of traffic. For this reason, we can offer our existing clients paid advertising services via our trusted partners and keep things all in house to help our clients.

We can also offer core web vitals packages (for website speed optimisations). We may also be able to help with website migration to faster and more reliable hosting, as well as website maintenance for sites like wordpress to keep your website safe and secure and up to date. Both fast and reliable hosting and hands off website maintenance will help with SEO.

If there's anything in particular you need that we don't currently offer, please let us know and we will know someone who you can trust to help you. We have a large network of reliable sources. We are committed to your success!

Yes, we will do whatever needs to be done to set everything up for you and get the job done! We want this process to be as stress free and hands off for you as possible. Ideally we can just connect with all of your Google and data platforms but understand that if you’re leaving a bad agency they may not be very helpful in the transition period over to us.

When leaving your previous agency, it’s likely they will make the transfer over to us as inconvenient as possible! Please ensure you have access to all of your accounts. This includes Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), Your Google Business Profile (GBP) which you should own anyway, Google Tag Manager, plus any Ad accounts that you have if using us for ads too. Don’t worry if not, get all the data you can from them and we can set you new one’s up!

We don’t usually have many customers leave us (sometimes they come back after expanding and hiring a bad in-house team and feel the pain), but don’t worry, we do not hold you hostage! We will help you transition over or help you on your way.

You’ll keep access to all of your accounts and we’ll exit them after our final reporting period for the new team to take over. Whatever you need when leaving us, we will do all we can to help you moving forwards and will respect your decision to leave us. That’s a promise.

Please understand that when you leave us, we are no longer liable for any loss or damage to your business, it’s out of our hands. Please remember that our local service is also a monthly service that’s managed. When you cancel, it will undo all of the hard work and links that we have created and manage monthly. Yes sure but we don’t recommend it though! Our audits will uncover the truth in month one and tell you everything extra that we would recommend based on competitors and current search results. To add link building and content you can add these at checkout.

As this is only a maintenance plan, we will work through your site month by month but results will be a lot slower. Ideally you’ll need a higher tiered plan when you are ready. As the name suggests, this is a maintenance plan only to fix up your website and get it into good shape for the search engines to index. It’s for 10 pages SEO and technical problem fixes.

This package is usually recommended for small and local business website SEO but we understand larger companies with a smaller SEO investment in a less competitive industry may benefit from it as a starter. Yes of course, but we will only recommend ever upgrading! Downgrading is just silly and you’ll be going backwards but understand due to company cuts and financial reasons you may need to downgrade your plan.
